Worked as a designer and design manager in different design companies like Koleksiyon M. and Terminal Design since 1997. Joined and managed over a hundered of design projects for local and multinational companies. Awarded individually and as a manager in design groups by institutions like Tubitak,  World Intellectual Property Organisation, Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, Yapı Endüstri Merkezi and Immib. 

Today works as a professional consultant in management of different creative activities such as Product Design, Coorporate Identity and Interior Design of Commecial institutions. 

Approaches design as a total management of different marketing activities focusing on creating a multi-dimensional consumer experience to gain competitive advantage in the market. 

Provides services from conceptual creation to final production. 

Manages design and developement teams from different professions including architects, graphic designers, engineers, fashion designers and industrial designers focused on different fields and directs long-term projects in order to provide competitive advantage for companies.
